Animals connect us to something beyond our human condition, guiding us toward the sensitive. This is the effect produced with humor and spirituality by the portraits of painter Aude Commissaire, through Gloria Animalis.
The watercolorist uses all the nuances of her pigments and inks to take each animal that reaches us on a journey with power and poetry.

Aude Commissaire is a graduate of the École Estienne and the École Boulle. She lives and works between the Buttes Chaumont in Paris and her orangery in the southern Ardèche.
