Jean-Luc Maniouloux is a master in the art of bringing together worlds that should never have met. He captures, in a suspended action, improbable encounters. Insects and plants become the central characters of his experiments. Woven with poetry and humor, his stories explode into surrealist scenes where nature always reclaims its rights.
Born in the south of France in 1959, Jean-Luc Maniouloux lives and works in Paris.
A graduate of ESAM (École supérieure d ‘arts modern) in Paris, he worked in illustration and advertising, before becoming a visual artist.
